- Keep your Royalty Club card
with you (if you are honorable member) - Medical Records & Test Results
Previous reports, imaging, or diagnosis to help us understand your condition better. - CNIC or Valid Photo ID
(if you are a GEPO patient)
For identity verification and registration. - Health Insurance Documents
(if you are a GEPO patient)
If you are availing services under an insurance panel.
2. 🕰️ When to Arrive
- Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for registration
- First-time patients may need extra time to complete paperwork.
3. 📄 Initial Consultation Includes
- Discussion of medical history
- Pain assessment and diagnosis
- A personalized treatment plan by our certified specialist
4. 👕 What to Wear
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing & easy to remove shoes
- Especially important if a physical assessment or therapy session is expected
5. 🧑⚕️ Who You Will Meet
Contact at main reception on arrival and get appointment slip after payment
Go inside pain control center and present appointment slip to staff
Male staff will deal with male patient and female staff will treat female patient
6. 📱 Stay Connected
Appointment reminders via WhatsApp/SMS
To reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance
