KAGGLE THERAPY

What is Kegel Therapy?

Kegel Therapy involves a series of simple, targeted exercises designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles — the muscles that support the bladder, uterus, rectum, and small intestine. It’s a non-invasive, drug-free solution that helps restore control over urination, supports reproductive organs, and improves overall pelvic health.

Who Can Benefit from Kegel Therapy?

Women after childbirth – To restore pelvic strength and prevent prolapse.
Men with prostate surgery recovery – To improve urinary control.
Individuals with urinary incontinence – Both stress and urge types.
People experiencing pelvic organ prolapse or sexual dysfunction.
Elderly patients – To maintain pelvic strength and bowel control.

How Does It Work?

Kegel exercises involve:

  • Tightening and holding the pelvic floor muscles for a few seconds

  • Releasing and relaxing the muscles

  • Repeating this multiple times daily

Therapy may include:

  • Guided instruction from a therapist

  • Biofeedback devices to measure progress

  • Electrical stimulation for very weak muscles
