What Is Wrist Pain?

Wrist pain is discomfort in the joint that connects your hand to your forearm. It can be sharp, dull, burning, or throbbing, and might come with swelling, stiffness, or numbness. The pain may appear suddenly due to injury or develop slowly over time from overuse.

They often lead to back pain, neck pain, limited movement, and nerve-related symptoms such as numbness or tingling in the arms or legs.
